Dct swapped 2006 BMW M5. Extensive list of maintenance and modifications is below as are videos of the dct swap in action. Everything works as it should. One of probably only 2 fully working dct swapped e60 m5's in the country. I also built the other one.

I am only selling because I need cash to close on my house next month

Pictures here since there is a limit to what I can post - https://photos.app.goo.gl/c9Z8SwYJfx1wGN5u8

Chiming in from the UK here as former owner of Monaco CX03052, stolen in dead of night. Anyway. DCT launch looks awesome. Well done for doing two of these.
I got used to SMG III. I say used to because I also had the 760 (v12 column shift auto) and Topaz 540i M Sport Touring v8 Manual (7 of 11 and one of 3 converted to LPG), and the one weakness of the SMG was the lack of a creep function - commuter traffic was like throwing red meat in front of a hungry tiger then saying whoa as someone tried to push in.
I tried the DriveTribe manual conversion around Silverstone when it was up for sale. It was nice but auctioned above my limit £35k or went for £37k. That used the 6-speed manual from an e92 and was nice because it had had engine work done and it was one of the best S85 I've driven.
I know people rave about making them manual but seeing the head up display with the gear and having it change for you at the last possible fraction of a second, on full throttle p500 really was a fun whatever track I went to. Having the paddles always there next to your fingers felt right - a big car but agile even at tight tracks like Pembury and Cadwell Park.
500hp (likely more given what OP has done - what a mod list) with DCT must be an absolute blast, and a good scratch for any itch.
