Looking for someone with diagnostic software in Portland and/or Salem for ‘01 E39 M5

I possibly have a VANOS issue but my code reader is very limited. Codes I have are 0156 and 0022 with rough idle etc. Garage or mechanic on side, either or will do.

Back story, I drove the car from LA to small town near Salem (longest trip the car has ever made to my knowledge) car was great until Cottage Grove when I stopped for gas. SES light came on and rough idle.
Limped it the rest of the way home at 65mph.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Also looking for scanner/reset tool

Did anyone ever get back to you about a diagnostic/reset software from the Portland Area? I am too looking for someone who can help with a 2007 M6.
