There will be a full "official" thread with all of the information posted soon. Most people stay at the Hilton in Polaris.

Haha... noticed there is no luggage.

If you can't stand behind our troops, try standing in front of them.

I fully support gun control, a good sight picture and a steady trigger squeeze.

Luggage is secondary! What you can't see is the cans of race fuel.

Clearing up a few things before I post the official thread........

The drag strip is already paid for. Entrance fee to race will only be $10-20 this year. Hopefully more people will give it a try.

The Hilton Polaris has VERY limited rooms this year. If you plan on staying there, book early. I AM putting together a group rate block, but it only will have 15 rooms in the block. If we fill up these rooms, they will block more. PLEASE book early. I will have the room block info very soon.

This year, the police escort will cost $10 for those who wish to participate. We will be selling tickets for the escort at the meet, or you can pay at the entrance to the parking lot directly before the escort begins. The cost for the escort is over $1300. We took donations last year and still only collected about $600 and had over 100 cars in the escort. The rest came out of my pocket.

If any graphics designers are interested in helping design the shirt this year, please get a hold of me. I already have the front of the shirt planned out in my head, but the back of the shirt is an open canvas.

The schedule of events will closely follow last year. It seems things worked out pretty well. We will be going to a different restaurant Saturday night, but other than that, things are pretty squared away.

As always, your suggestions are very welcome. But don't get upset if we can't make everyone's wish list come true.....

Tim, thank you again. would it be possible to get some of the rooms at the Hilton to have multiple beds (two queens or the like). just a thought as some of us don't like our roommates quite that much.

I can ask my friend if he is interested in designing something. I've had him design a logo for my class project back in the high school and received an A. I will be sending you a PM soon.

I hope I can make to the show this year. I know that I am going to try to make this happen!
