Update: Bav Solutions says they expect the engine build to be complete 7-10 days in advance of August 19th. That should make it very easy to ensure the engine is done and delivered to Adams garage right on time.

Looking forward to it, folks!

Will the "finished" engine will be an assembled long-block? Or are the accesories being left for later install - PS, alternator, intakes, exhaust, etc.?

This is just an assembled and timed long block with no accessories other than an oil pump. Everything else--PS, alt, TBs, throttle control motor, ICV, all sensors, etc.--will be pulled off my existing engine or be installed new.

Great news! Can't wait.

Some other good news.....today I purchased a 25,000 BTU A/C unit - donations humbly accepted Steve! - and will be installing this monster in the next few days. I just can't take another 110 afternoon in there. You see, I may be living in there soon if my wife finds out all recent expenditures, speeding ticket, etc. This includes the ESS S/C that has no clue about, although she has commented on an odd whistling noise coming from under the hood. I thank god every day for clueless women.

2003 Carbon Black on Caramel
ESS SC
Aquamist w/ Custom Howerton Tank
Supersprint Headers - X-pipe - Eisenmann Race
Dinan Wheels
Stoptech
3.45 Dinan Differential
CNS 10.5" clutch
Many more cool mods courtesy of Steve!
