Great Lakes Track Day 3/30 11 am

Facebook post

Quote:
Title says it all, track day!!!! Come out for some fun racing (unless you broke then stay your broke *** home, it costs $15 to race) and some good ol **** talking! Been stunning about running 11s? Come out here and run 15s so we can laugh at you! Your race car isn't ready yet? boo hoo! This winter has been horrible, especially to those who like speed, here's an opportunity to come out and burn some rubber! We in the Chicagoland area will be meeting at the BP Gas Station on Peterson and Pulaski (4000 W Peterson) at 9:30AM heading out at 10AM, whoever isn't around here can meet us there at 11AM. If you have any questions feel free to ask, hope to see you there!
Who's down?

That sounds like fun. Hopefully the weather will be decent by then. Any chance you're crew could make a stop around I-94 & Rte 137 to pick up some northern guys to add to the convoy?

About 9 people on chitownM are coming.
I can always text you when are say 15 minutes away from I-94 & Route 137 and you can wait for us on the side on the highway.

thats next week and there is still a ton of snow on the ground which is now melting making a nice salt brine on the road again. I did hear there is a slight chance of snow next week, when is this winter going to end?
