reaching to Chicago members for help

Hey everyone! I was hoping somebody on here could help me out. A friend of mine is planning on purchasing an M5 down in the Naperville, IL area and from what I can tell, and have told him, the car looks pretty nice. The dealer called him yesterday and told him the car would not start, and he already has a deposit on the car. Its a low miles e39 m5 and is being sold by a dealer called "iMotors". Was wondering if somebody in the Chicago or nearby area could possibly go see the car and check it out.
