Attention all Midwest owners

Hello everyone,
How is everybody's Fall/early winter going? Lets hope for a short one here in the Midwest and take the time to reflect and take proper care of our beasts while they sleep for a couple of months. Ok, I know its a fairly long way off, but time flies by so fast, I wanted to post something like this very early since it could be a big thing in the works.
We've hopefully all heard of Bimmerfest East, and Bimmerfest West . For those who haven't, they are a couple of the largest BMW gatherings in the USA. Bimmerfest East takes place in various locations, last year it was in does West, last year it was held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.
Now down to business. Predicting that the show is held in mid May as it usually is, I am planning on driving out to the event, possibly with a small MN group of cars. As this gets closer, it would be nice to see who else is interested and meet up someplace convenient with any other convoys from the other states, specifically IL, OH, and Wisc. Heck, if its also convenient for everybody, we could even meet up with any south or southwest owners. Once we reach the west coast, we can spend the day at the show and meet all the other owners, vendors, tuners, etc. Then spend at least one or two more days in L.A. relaxing, driving around Beverly Hills and enjoying the city. Its really still in the infancy of planning but I've talked to some interested people that would be willing to drive down from MN depending on the dates and such...since Bimmerfest hasn't officially declared the 2014 dates yet. I was also thinking we could make time to have our cars detailed once we reach the coast.
