Zionsville Super Duty Cooling Kit: 00-03 BMW E39 M5, 540i & E38 740i

Zionsville Super Duty Cooling Kit

Fits 99-03 BMW E39 M5, 540i and E38 740i/740iL. This kit will work on bothauto and manual cars.

I bought the optional radiator dress up cover for those who want cleaner engine bay aesthetics. This along with multiple other items are new (marked below).

This setup is $1,333 +shipping new from Zionsville, asking $900 obo.

I was going to put this one my E39 Touring but figured I would offer it up for sale since there are probably others who have a greater need for a cooling setup like this.

What's included:

• Alloy Overflow Tank

• 16 Inch TorqFlo Electric Fan

• Coolant Level Sensor

• Rubber Mounts (new)

• Petcock Valve (for manual cars) (new)

• Temperature Switch

• Sensor Connector

• Sensor Wire (3)

• Spal Fan Relay Harness (new)

• OEM Cooling Line with AN elbow (for auto cars)

• Radiator Dress Up Cover (new)

Notes:
- The rubber boots on the sensor wires are missing, the wires will work but if you live in a very wet climate it would be best to have them replaced.
- Mounting holes on the radiator dress up cover are not perfectly aligned with the holes for the radiator and shroud so drilling some small holes will be necessary. It's an easy fix but I wanted to leave that up to the discretion of the new owner.
- Wiring on fan is a raw pigtail, no connector.
