I'd like to say a big thank you to Scott for dealing with me, despite my general lack of timeliness.

While Scott did a terrific job and always provided terrific turnaround, I got a couple bad mirrors that basically caused double-vision (everything that wasn't dead center in the mirror had a bit of a ghost). Scott replaced the mirror a second time, free of charge. It got better, but not quite like the original, so I sent it back again along with a video, and sure enough, Scott repaired it a second time, free of charge, and without giving me a hard time (I'm sure he grumbled a bit to himself, but that is perfectly acceptable!).

My mirror is now just like factory and works perfectly. Scott - thank you very much for being such a professional about this, and for fixing the mirror this last time - I'll do my best not to break it and have to send it to you again

Had this repair done a while back through their website.
Flawless!!! I am very pleased with the work and the turn around time was quick (Considering I'm in MA and it went to Dallas TX and back from Friday to Tuesday)!
Thanks!!!!

I did this last year as well. Quick turn around and a mirror that's better than new.

Sent Scott an email today - just picked up M5 and this is very top of the immediate to-do list (do NOT want that fluid destroying minty interior bits)!

Just wanted to confirm the process - does this need to go through the mirror radar site or work directly with Scott?
