Help - flash my '00 M5 back to stock?

I just purchased a 2000 M5. I later found out the car was flashed/tuned with the Shark tune. I don't see any piggyback device and I'm not familiar with this platform. I've tuned my 335 and my E36.

What I'm really looking for is someone to help return my car to stock mapping. Is this possible outside of taking it to a dealer?

My searching hasn't turned up much ...hoping someone can share some suggestions. I don't want a tune...just oem lap. Car is fine the way they made it!

Thanks in advance for any insights or direction that is shared.
