Sweet new ride, congrats. 18mpg is what I get on the highway and 13 around town but it all depends on your driving style. The exhaust noise is very quiet for a 5.0 V8 so I removed the resonator which was only 80$. I also have the same interior as you do and I LOVE it. Welcome to the M family, good luck with future problems because you WILL have a good amount of them with these cars

The standard exhaust is no big deal, but once you start opening things up, it will change your entire perspective on things!

Nice looking ride! It looks like it's in great shape. I can totally relate to the sucky sound of the stereo. It's as important as the suspension!
