Yep, they're still dealing with registration and presumably the car didnt get through under the previous exemption as Matt suggested it may have been able too. Unfortunate. Really don't need another angry US owner. But then again seems like Pagani may have pissed off even more people

If Koenigsegg got US exemption and Pagani didnt, and Koenigsegg setup a dealership in the US (they're working on it now), that could potentially bring in a huge boost in sales.

The only hitch I could figure would be if the NHTSA doesn't consider Koenigsegg's previous exemption valid for the Agera. If the CCX is veiwed as a separate model, and they want to be sticklers about it, then I guess they could say it doesn't count. But again my understanding for quite some time has been that this particular car was in the clear.

Golden opportunity here for Koenigsegg in the U.S., if the rumors are true about Huayra orders. That would really surprise me though, for Pagani fans residing in the U.S. I would think there would be reason to be patient. Then again, with the release of the latest wave of hybrid supercars from the bigs, maybe the Huayra is a little less special??

I think the rear of #099 might be at final inspection/detailing (makes sense if the car is delivered soon). In any case they are not delaying it any more, working late a Saturday light it seems.. And I think the rear seen at the photo is from *102 (or *103 if the car I think is 103 is actually 102). I think 104 might have dry paint but absolutely not ready for traffic with rear lights and everything .. I think this rear is from the LHD car seen at Instagram last week (and I _think_ that is 102, Chinese? car?).

Maybe #099s graduation test is a race against the Veyron Vitesse Gustav has managed to get?

Maybe, depends on when the race is, if #099 was detailed/inspected for delivery last week then probably not. I think the god-old #077 is the candidate, but maybe *101? Probably ready for race very soon?

Yea I hope they use #77, an Agera R vs SuperSport would be a better race than Agera S vs SuperSport, we already had Agera S vs 16.4.

This race should be closer... Agera R has 60 less hp instead of 30 more in the Agera S vs Veyron race... But obviously still the weight advantage.
