just lovely to borrow a T plate and not even pay tax on the car and get to enjoy them. do they even insure the cars on the road?

My understanding is the vehicle with t-plates attached has 3rd party insurance coverage and a representative of the t-plate registered company has to be present with the vehicle during usage for the insurance to be valid.
