Akrapovic exhaust - how steer valves?

Hi guys,

I know that this is per definition OT, but as the M6 side is sort of dead, and the set-up for M5 and M6 is the same I figured I might dare to throw this question at this side.

So I picked up my new ride yesterday ('13 M6 F13 Tansanite Blue/Amaro brown) and it already has a Akrapovic exhaust with valves. My question is how you can adjust these valves (I want "straight pipes" all the time)? On the Akra home page they mention that you can adjust the settings via the ANC set-up. Well, I just can't find those. Am I blind, stupid or have I missed something? All help appreciated. Kiitos.

2005 E60 M5. Black/Black. Work in progress. So far: H&R springs, CF emblems, kidneys and side gills. AC Schnitzer rear spoiler. Eisenmann Sport mufflers, secondary cats and resonator removed. Tinted windows. Angelibrights.

Ex 2000 E39 M5. Le Mans Blue/Black.
Driveability: KW Variante 3 coilovers, AC Schnitzer Sway Bars, Weicher strut bar. Rogue Engineering SSK, TCD sway bar brackets. Powerflex bushings
Sound: Inside: Infinity Subwoofer/JBL amplifier. Outside: Kellener SuperSound exhaust, SuperSprint X-pipe
Looks: Facelift, G-Power front flippers, Black Kidneys, M-pedals, AngelIBrights 3.0, 19" Dotz Mugello wheels

Simply use some metal wires to keep it tied open. And plug the small black hose, and you're done.

I disconnected my valves and then set them open by turning them physically. They do not function with the car anymore. It is the only way to use this exhaust. It is still very quite. I have a Dinan system on my e39 and it is amazing.

Power, Styling and Sophistication. ///M5
