Keyfob Coding

I am trying to find a garage that can code a replacement keyfob as well as cut the blade.
Does anyone know of such a garage in the SouthEast/Southwest/London area?

I'm in the u.s., but have found this only to be possible at a BMW dealer. I had to buy a new fob and they are coded by BMW to your vin number. I just had my driver's door comfort access handle replaced and ran into the same situation because the handle is also coded to your specific vin.
