Looking for BMW coding in Stuttgart, GE

Looking for someone to upgrade my CIC firmware in Stuttgart Germany, thus need someone who has OPS Head or ICOM.

Finding someone who has this is tough it seems, even in the land of BMW.

Hoping to get to V41 so I can do a combox retrofit without the FSC code requirement
