E92 m3 throttle actuators

My e92 m3 at 100,000 km now ,,around 62000 miles need bank 1 throttle actuator,,and I am on limp mode now.
Is it recommended to change both of them at this mileage ,,or I am good if I changed only bank 1 only.

It is a 2009 coupe .

Thank you.
