Hi Gustav and Happy NY 2009!

I dropped into my BMW dealer today to view the M3 sedan. Glad to say I prefer my coupe which is on track for March 2009 delivery.
I was also able to view the new iDrive system. Do you have links to information on the new iDrive particularly on how to use the USB input to load music to the 80Gb HDD, internet functionality and also the voice command for Sat Nav.

Thanks.

Hi Gustav
sorry for the long wait to reply:
The new navigational system is better than I would have expected !! I-drive = "intuitave drive"
the computer starts to process the information as soon as you type it in and before you can finish the input it most likely knows where you want to go !! unbelievably fast and if by chance you do not want to take the same road the navi suggests it immedeatly works out the new route.
The other day we kept on driving only to land up in a dead end .. the navi knew it, we didn´t so we´re now paying more attention to what Mrs.BMW says
