Smg problems need help

I have a 2007 e64 Iím had a fault code for 4fa0 and 510d replaced the plcd and did a smg adaption now gettin error for clutch adaption active it is failing the first test on dis for clutch values any suggestions?

Also the 4fa0 and 510d codes only pops up at high rpm car shifts good no slip drive good still

slave cylinder is the usual cause for error failure of adaptation. Does it say "clutch disengagement position outside of tolerance?"

Yes thatís the error itís giving me can the direction control valve also b the problem ? I been reading a lot of your threads about this

Trans must be dropped, and Jim has stated the clutch control valve is unlikely to fail.

I got a quote at a local Indy and they estimated for slave cylinder replacement 2000 called another Indy n was quoted 550 does this sound right? Quotes r for parts n labor
