What is the maintenance that should be done on a e60 m5 specifically 2009?

I am looking at a e60 m5 with 39k miles and on the autocheck it doesnt have any maintenance reported only odometer licensing and emissions. I am going to ask the dealer when I go there tomorrow but I don't know exactly what is the up to date maintenance recommendations. I am new to this board and I am excited to get an e60 m5 but I am a newbie. I have researched a lot of different specific stuff but some people have different numbers for maintenance and such. Please give me any advice you can! Thank you and sorry for the bad formatting!
PS: Do you think $34k for a stock 2009 e60 m5 with 39k miles and one owner is too much? I personally would offer around 27k. Btw its a stealership that's selling the car, any tips with authorized bmw dealers?

Thatís actually not a bad price. I bought my 2010 with 55k miles for $30k. That was 2 years ago though.

Im going to try to get it to 30k by trying 27k. I still don't know the service record. One issue the car has is the tires rub because the only owner put some nice alpina wheels on it but they are 19 in so they shouldn't rub weird. The dealer is going to change the wheels for the test ride but is giving the alpinas with the car I hope i can see a way to solve the issue there.

Well I'm sure you checked the forum and are aware of the major items/issues they're through out model years and will require repeated addressing . The wheels could be an offset issue, or the PO also lowered the car as well. I personally hate that someone would drive like that. Depending on where it rubbed there are things behind the fender liners at are protected by them so if they're really torn up ans where consider replacing them.

Good luck. It's a fun car and a great for the right owner

Seems a bit steep, unless it's completely sorted out (bearings/throttle actuators/thermostat/voltage regulator etc)
