E60 weird inpa values

Hello everyone, greetings from Finland. I bought my beast 2 months ago, and had problems ever since (fuel pressure and cylinder 10 missfire, sometimes other bank 2 missfires also.
What I can't find anywhere on internet is this strange value on inpa, (M5 forces my inpa on german, and I cant understand all) MWB section, theres value for each cylinder, with unit [nSs], values from cylinder 1-5 (bank 1) keep cycling when car running, but values on cylinder 6-10 (bank 2) are frozen solid.
Does anyone know what these values are? Any pointers and corrections are welcome.

I actually do, but dont have place to load it. But I think it must be ionic sensor values, i ordered new control module, and if it solves the problem, will post solution here.
