O2 sensors won’t ready for inspection.

So I tried getting some answers over at e63 M6 section but doesn’t seem like too many people are active there.
Long story short, I installed some RMS decat OEM headers a few months back along with an evolve tune to get rid of the CEL. But the O2 sensors say they are not ready and I am unable to pass inspection. I’ve probably put over 300miles since then. I even went on a long hour long drive on the highway and the 02 sensors are still not showing ready.
Today I went ahead on INPA to check out my sensors and this is what I got. I have no idea if somethings wrong. Can anyone help?

If you have no cats and there’s a tune to get rid of cel, it will not set your perimeters for smog or dtc, same thing as the euro tune that a lot of members use. That’s way know body is responding to you, it’s a common fact. I’m sure somebody knows a trick. Post under how to set dtc without cats maybe

How many miles should I drive for? or do I need to complete a drive cycle? I did revert back to stock and drove a few miles but 02 was still “not ready”.

From what I understand, the 02s should be able to be ready. The cats obviously will not be.
In nyc we’re allowed one “not ready”.

It should have been ready now. Try clearing the fault codes and adaptations.

Its most likely the tune, dtc’s are only for smog to “set” them it requires several different types of driving. I’ve had untuned cars take weeks to set dtc’s. But as far as a tuned car I wouldn’t expect it to set any...need to talk to the tuner

Yup, for some reason inspection a few years ago with my tune worked, but last year I failed for readiness and had to flash back to stock for inspection also.

Yea I reverted back to the tune because I was afraid the check engine light would come on during my long drive.
I will revert back to the stock tune and delete adaptions. There were never any codes.

Do you have decat headers? How long did it take for systems to be ready after you flashed back to stock?
