Who manufactures the OEM clutch and flywheel for the SMG III transmission?

I am looking to replace my clutch and flywheel. Most sites have the clutch listed for around $600-$800 while the flywheel seems to be in the $1500-$2000 range.
What I also came to learn is that the manufacturer LUK sells the same flywheel for nearly half the price on ECS Tuning https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Sit...h/21212283060/

1) Who is the manufacturer for these parts which BMW brands and "Genuine BMW"?
2) Are the two products in the link above identical with different packaging?

Thanks.

Luk and Sachs manufacture the flywheels and clutch for BMW.

If I'm not mistaken, Luk were the pioneers in the development of the dual mass flywheel.

You can get both at rockauto.com. The luk clutch is about $488 and the Luk flywheel is about $800. Search the web for a 5% rockauto discount code. Retailmenot usually has a working code, I use it all the time. Don't get the Brute Force clutch.

Luk clutches use the same discs as a Sachs branded clutch. I think they are all part of the ZF family.
