Thaks but already do it without luck.....
i think PLCD is the problem but i dont like to guesing and removing parts without to be sure.

The clutch normal makes diferent kind of problem such as sliping between gears , at start or during heavy pushing of pedal. Never have this issues.

Someone more experience to SMG can give an opion.

Unless someone with more direct SMG knowledge can chime in, the only to possibly test the PLCD first is with ISTA+. Good luck

It's possible the clutch control valve to be faulty and cause this problem? ( changing a set of orings to solenoid I it's easy and cheap ) I don't believe accumulator has problem.....somewhere read JCOLLEY word's that accumulators is difficult to be faulty!

Also the reading at photos is correct??

The quantity of carbon dust is impressive. Good luck.
Do you have the dimensions for the o rings by chance?

Yes it's true.....i have the numbers but I can post it tomorrow!
The serious problem is that i can't bring pressure back!!!!!! All test fails!!! Check connections start pump manual , everything working but the pressure stays 0!!
Any idea?

I found the problem...Maybe.

After reassembly everything in place i don't unscrew the plug completely underneath the pressure and temp sensors to prime the pump!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i haven't purged the air between the pump discharge and the check valve, the pump can't create enough pressure to open the check valve and commence flowing fluid.
Correct???
