Clear all the codes first then see what pops up. Low battery will cause a ton of issue and you'll end up chasing your tail.

I understand what you are saying. Even the transmission related issues could have been a result of the crappy battery.

I have a few leaks to fix and then I'll put it back on the road and see what happens.

A minutes worth of thinking can save hours worth of doing.

Disconnect your dsc module and reconnect it. Looks like your system has not fully awaken.

So you are saying from my previous yellow and red cog symtoms it's worth pulling and at least looking at the motor condition?

What do you make of the alternator not communicating error? Worth sticking in a new alternator or at least a new voltage regulator?

I still have it up on jack stands and mostly torn apart so I may as well I suppose.

I'm also going after all the oil leaks such as the front oil cooler, oil cooler housing, and sticking in a new thermostat while I'm at it.

I'm just happy it started.

A minutes worth of thinking can save hours worth of doing.

Clear the codes - many may be from the battery issue. See what comes back later.
