I'm running this set specifically: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...n&autoModClar=

I haven't installed the springs yet. They arrived in the mail about two weeks ago. I have to wait another two weeks until I get back to school before I can install them.

In other news, I finally received my Blackstone analysis. It is fantastic! (click the picture to view bigger)

Unless you drive the car like a total jackass, I wouldn't bother with oil analysis stuff on a 50k mile car.

Define "drive like a total jackass". I would say that 2 driving behaviours harm an S85 engine no matter what the mileage

1. High revs (above 3500 - 4000) when oil is not at operating temperature;
2. Short trips a lower speeds and rpms.

The oil analysis was for peace of mind. I don't know how the previous owners drove the car but from this oil analysis, it looks like the car was cared for quite well.

I've slowly been blacking out the exterior. I've gotten some new smoked LED side markers, painted reflectors, and will eventually be getting the OEM rims powder coated satin black.

Eww no. I hate matte paint or wrap on a car so won't be doing that.

I always shift below 3500 RPM until the car gets up to operating temperature. Once it is at operating temperature, I drive it like any enthusiast meaning shifting normally when there is busy traffic but having some fun on freeway on-ramps and underpasses.

I'm pretty sure oil analysis is also a guesstimate on how long you have before your rod bearings fail. I changed mine at 53k just for a peace of mind. I think the "safe" interval is every 50k.

Discovered a very nice spot to take pictures here at school. I thought this was the best of the few I took. God it is hard to keep this car clean here. So much damn dust. Might have to invest in a ceramic coating.
