Speedo/Rev Issue

Hi guys,

I woke up this decided to go for a drive (after a week) in my 2006 E60 M5, when I turned the car on I noticed that none of the gauges were working (speedo, rev, fuel, etc.) and none of lights were working around the gauges. Anyone able to assist with what might be going on here? Also, the HUD is reading --KM.

I've attached an image, this is taken whilst the car is on.

Check your fuses first. Most likely its the fuse. Diagram is in the glovebox once you drop-open the fuse box.
