I had a chance to stop by Jim's shop yesterday. He gave me a ride on his test M5 with these headers installed. It is definitely impressive and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking into headers. It is now on my wish list. If you are in the New England area, I would recommend letting him install it for you. He now know all the in and out on installing these bad boy. Thanks again Jim.

I'm just amazed we went 5 miles without the PLCD crapping itself. New one should be here today or tomorrow and since I have to remove the exhaust to change it anyway, I think the near straight-pipe (secondary cats only) setup I have in the shop will go back on it for sound clips. Then I'll put the OEM exhaust back on the car for delivery to the customer.

I used to live in Dover, NH for a couple of years but moved south due to the snow. LOL. I stop by Bavauto and Jim's shop yesterday. Used to go to the October's car show every year.

Hi,

T304 is being used.

We can use T316 if requested. Love using it but it's a little more expensive.

We can also reduce the wall thickness down to 1.2mm also. You can have 0.9mm too. We just add some supports. Sounds great with thin walls.

Anything can be made on special order. We have set up this to cater for not just mass production but for individual requirements too.

Test car all better now. Recorded with an iPotato 6S sitting on the center console with windows down. Higher quality audio to come tomorrow before switching back to OEM exhaust.

Oh. And straight pipes are fun. That is all.
