Approx Price of Product - $2800 + Shipping

If anything over 5 sets are sent to any country, the shipping is not much at all. If it's close by, extremely cheap.

The finished product and welds look very nice! Been following this thread since the beginning since I elected not to go with the long tube headers. This was primarily due to the sound difference and the research I have conducted for this vehicle as well as another that I had custom headers made for.

I elected to do OEM manifold upgrades with 5" 50 cell HFC's until another option was available. Would have really liked to see these with a HFC option but this is easily added at any local custom shop; just hate cutting them up.

My biggest concern and/or driving decision to purchase would be how much more HP/TRQ was gained with the smoother bends and increased primary tubes over Evolve Vband and RS models since these kept the equal length configuration with the OEM manifolds. Especially since there is so much data out there with many people running these set-ups on their vehicles.

However; that being said if I was still running an OEM setup with OEM section 1 this would definitely be a "no-brainer" depending on fit and overall review from Jim.

Keep us posted and I must admit its nice to see that someone is willing to invest time and money in an older platform to squeeze additional sound and power from the S85 platform.

Send me the CAT you want put in and we will fit it. Don't need to waste your money on fabrication.

We have made a jig already for a CAT. We knew people would ask.

My own testing showed that over sized pipe work of unequal length beats the stock primaries hands down after 5000rpm.
Stephan on this board showed +10-15hp.

However, the length of trouble we have gone for on equal length is exactly for retaining the torque or even hopefully increasing it.

I have had a detailed look at every header ever made for the V10. Nothing even comes close to equal length.

I want a sound clip comparison between SS and your headers. That will sway me one way or the other.

I don't want to compromise on the V10 sound. Once I have these Tubi mufflers installed i might detect some change in pitch with my evolve lt headers, I can't with oem mufflers atm.

The headers are on their way and shall be installed very soon.

Very happy with the final product. More pictures to come.

Production team are ready once the go ahead is given from Jim.

It's been a really nice project this one.

As for GB's. No problem, let's just see them fitted once and tested.

Very proud of that collector :-)

Very pleased to be receiving the first set of these on Wednesday. They will be going on a customer vehicle that just happens to have the front suspension cradle out at the moment for test fitment and will be leaving the shop on that vehicle. Once we know installation is a go with no issues, we will arrange a group buy for the first production batch.

I have my Behringer reference mic and recording setup left over from my autosound days, so will be using that to capture some nice audio clips for these headers on a stock exhaust system.

And of course, we all want to know what they sound like on a full exhaust system, so @rt7085 you can volunteer to buy a set with your Frequency Intelligent exhaust system and we can can have proper recordings done by a proper audio electronics engineer.
