Angry Fault Code 2B57

dear all

Hope all well.

I was driving normally and I got 2B57 fault code. Dealership said its mass air flow sensor or secondary air pump (changed both) no cure. I am sure now dealership doesn't know what they are doing.

Can some please help me, I am in trouble with this code the cluster says engine fault reduced power.

Many thanks...

Best regards !!

2b57 means motor emergency program and is never found by itself. There has to be another code stores which causes that one.

Your problem is with your DMTL (Diagnostic Monitoring-Tank Leakage) pump which draws a vacuum on the gas tank. It's a cheap component to replace. Left rear wheel well.

Are there more codes? Strange that a DMTL issue would cause the emergency programm. Maybe since its an emissions issue....
