The google ratings battle continues. But truth appears to be winning, I just flagged five posts as SPAM with "Comment was placed by the vendor, not an actual customer. Trying to drive traffic to a vendor owned SPAM site!"

After those bogus posts, the true critical posts just kept rolling in for several pages

I am a very lazy person and I don't use to sign up to this kind of websites (although I like to read them all), but reading about what happened to Tommy, I feel like it has happened to me. I have been a very loyal client of BMW. I encouraged every friend I knew was looking for a new car to buy a BMW. I have bought two M3 for myself in the past 5 years. But although I really like my cars, I can't stand a company behaving like this. I have a company and sometime ago we couldn't deliver a product to one of our clients. It was our fault and although I could have made up any story to blame my client, I was so ashamed that we decided to refund all the money to my client and we gave them another complimentary product for free. I just couldn't live knowing that one of my clients was not satisfied, specially when it was all my fault. I don't expect much from this dealer but the answer from BMW NA is unacceptable. We were planning to upgrade the M3 to a M5 but now, I can't do that.

So you spend a lot of money buying these premium cars. And the same company treat their customers like that. NO THANKS!

They know the dealer is lying but do nothing to solve the case. And yes, it is of BMW NA's concern.

Good luck Tommy.

P.S. It didn't take so long to receive our first recommendation from the very same client.

I have been thinking about upgrading my car, I contemplated the X5M to replace my beast, but after this, and noticing how BMWNA did not even chime in and blatantly turned their back on their customer base that is just air-headed.

Audi here I come!! or porsche,,,, what to do with my hard earned $$

The yelp.com critical reviews on this dealer issue have all been "cleared out"... Gone.

TBH Yelp is fairly shady about reviews for companies who pay to advertise with them.

Hey guys, just figured I'd drop a line. Saw your thread a little bit ago. Was split in the market for an M3 or Corvette; saw your thread and opted for the latter, hence the username. Good luck in your fight.
