WOW.. it costs money to get a lawyer .. even more money to get a good one.. hopefully they will take care of everything .. good luck

Not if you hire a good one, if he wins he has asked that the dealership pay all of his legal fee's. As far as the bill board or any action from the BMW owners community I think we should hold off until the courts render a award to the OP, driving the dealership out of business or in to bankruptcy will not help the OP get what is rightfully his. After that we can do our best to close the dealership down if BMW NA won't. Concerning the on line petition not only should we ask that they monitor their dealerships more closely but stand behind thier products. If they have a part that isn't up to the standards that should come with a high end car as the BMW the owner should not have to get on his knees to have the faulty part replaced regardless of the status of the original warranty. Even Honda has a better customer relations than BMW.

BMWNA is the reason I hate BMW and went and got a 997 Turbo, will never in my life let anyone I know buy a BMW.

Good point. Hence the designation for service as a location in Texas.

The 'issue' is their business practices..the "reason" for it might indeed have to do with ownership structure and location. I don't think I was being xenophobic.
