How ironic that their address is White "Settlement" Road. No wonder they get sued all the time! What a joke!

What a bunch of losers!

A low ball offer from their insurance company cannot replace it.

I have now been 6 weeks without my M and even though I know it is just a car, I miss it terribly! I really enjoyed that car.

Great idea. For completeness, do the same thing on Yahoo.

lol, These guys just set them selves up for complete and utter disaster. They have no idea of the bad press or damage that can be done via internet. . .

Customer service is what keeps a dealership alive and thriving. This is very unfortunate for the dealer. Extremely sad.

I beleive thsi topic will always be alive until somethign else happens than the above.

Tragic.

Is there something I have missed either from BMW NA or the delaership since I really think you cannot treat a customer this way; crashign the car and then just repairing it on insurance.

From my understanding of law (which is limited), if your lawyer can prove that they were grossly negligent, they will be liable for not only compensatory damages but any incidental or consequential damages suffered during this ordeal. Punitive damages may be a stretch, but hey, we've seen it happen before.

Best of luck with the case.

and the story unfolds...ANYONE who is a BMW owner/enthusiast should be calling BMWNA/this dealer/BBB/you name it to destroy the reputation of this dealer and create bad publicity. Remember, this could also happen to YOU when you leave your car for 'service' at the dealer.
