Number one, if the dealership turned it in a claim then the insurance company has the last word if it will go to trial and won't get serious until a court date looms near. Number two, BMW NA claim that they and the dealership are independant of each other is total BS. You just can't hang a BMW sign in your front yard and buy cars from BMW NA at wholesale prices, you have to buy a franchise from them and they can refuse them a franchise. Number three all the OP has to do is give the ok and we can probably send enough E-Mails to shut down the servers of the dealership and BMW NA. And last, the person at BMW NA that tried to do the right thing for the OP probably got his walking papers to add another injustice from this matter.

Thanks

But I just wanted a simple e mail address. I did not want fo fill out the questionnaire, etc. My A/C numbers and passwords are on my home computer and I am at work. I was just going to cut and past, modify and send.

but, I guess it is not that simple with BMW site.

Maybe I wll just call them on the 800-831-1117 instead. Sorry for the trouble.

Update 8

Gentlemen...The crash dealership has offically been named and the lawsuit filed against them.

Again, thank you for all your unwavering support!

Good luck with the lawsuit, such a shame that you had to go that route rather than the dealer taking an easier way.
