tjav8b,

Been following this thread from the beginning, and sorry for your loss.

Has the crash dealer insurance company made an opening offer yet? The way everything's been going with this, it seems that these negotiations are going to be a tough slog.

curious to see what the final buyout price was... An 07 market value tops is low 40's but you should be able to get high 40's from insurance especially with taxes included

I know something that would speed this along.

Contact local television and newspaper reporters. They love stories like these.

If the dealer does not advertise on the station or in the paper, the reporter could agree publish an article that would absolutely cost the dealership boats of money in bad PR.

Just the THREAT of a local news story would get some very quick action from the dealership.

Or you could make a facebook page about your experience, then post on the dealer's facebook page. Also "friend" the members of the dealer's facebook page. Anything to alert their customers of what they've done to you.

Just don't be quiet and polite about this, because they haven't been quiet and polite to you from the beginning.

its being dealt with by the insurance company, does that not qualify as a resolution?
