Been at work for almost 11 hours now....so that means I have been on this read for the last 11 hours, haha. Can't wait for the verdict. I feel like all the women in my office during the Casey Anthony Trial.

What a stupid move of the dealership to let this go to trial. I don't know too much about that their litigation strategy but I know in my professional judgment I would never ever try this case if I were representing the dealership.

[quote=shchow;2193936]Are you suggesting that there is a distinction between a vet that served in an administrative capacity vs someone who faced actual live fire?
So EVERY vet was in a bunker facing a hail of bullets?
I think not...
Not downplaying the sacrifice all vets make, but your argument seems invalid...

Anyway, keenly interested in the outcome of this trial.
I sincerely hope that Tommy gets a brand new F10 M5 out of this...[/q

I tried to let this go, but I can't. If you have not been in a war zone which is plain to see, don't post about things you know nothing about. Mortors and rockets don't know about your rule that they can't kill clerks, cooks ect.......... get a hammer and chisel and meet me at the wall and I'll show you the names of clerks that according to you could not be there because they are pefectly safe being a clerk and you can remove them. Just pray that there are not any vets there while you do it.

I am really sorry to have brought this up, but since I cannot edit in this forum I cannot un-ring that bell.... Anyone modding here, feel free to haul these posts to OT.

Splitting off a separate discussion isn't as simple as moving a few posts. I do think that everyone with the exception of a few new members has handled this sensitive off-topic very well.

Let's chalk it up to experience and move on.

Good luck Tommy!
