I forgot to mention that yesterday, Lisa, the plaintiff's attorney, called Tommy to testify (did an excellent job!), and also herself (to testify about attorney fees).

Another witness that was called to testify yesterday was the Autobahn service director. I feel that he is in between a rock (dealing with a major accident involving a customer's car) and a hard place (a company that doesn't seem to want to be responsible for the damages).

I don't know how many holes they can poke through a totaled $80K M5. I do not believe the defense have a leg to stand on. However, how's the overall atmosphere in the court room? Are the defense lawyers aggressive and smug thinking they have the bull by the horns?

I'm sitting on the edge of my seat and praying that Tommy comes out of this trail happy with a new M5.

Thanks for the updates!

Certainly smug. He was courteous and "personable" but I had the impression he wouldn't give the time of day to any of us unless we belonged to the same country club.

Judge was cool and fair. Very laid back but still in control of everything.

Do you agree, Pondermatic? You've spent more time with them.

Judge Don Crosby is doing a terrific job controlling the courtroom and explaining the process to the jury. I've been very impressed, and before this week, did not realize how difficult a judge's job is.

The defense attorney doesn't have much of a case, in my opinion, and is struggling.
