The tale of my (almost) lost sale ? social media at it?s best and worst. | Marc McGurren | DrivingSales

^^

That doesnt seem to read well, it's kinda weird how it says i became the proud owner of two different cars one paragraph after the other lol, but anyways, the fact its so high up is awesome, but that only plays a small roll, although google ads uses a bidding on key words to place you in the searches its also based on content reletivity and views but in essence the more you will be willing to pay per click per keyword for the most part detemines your position, if one of us opened an account on google ads and linked the ad to that thread and wanted to pay perclick higher than the ones above them are we would be on the top of the search page, but i only believe being on the same page (or half page) ((how many people really bother to scroll down before trying a link out lol)) is ok, as long as it catches their eyes before they make it to autobahns website is all that matters.

Good luck on this matter.

Ill bet you will win, but only a matter of time, and of course how much, in the least they may end up saying the dealer isn't responsible for the persons actions and you'll have to go after the guy who actually wreaked it, but i def don't see that happening.

either way I hope you take a chunk out of them

Has your attorney estimated how long the process will take or any alternatives?

Tommy,

I hope you get all you deserve x 3 to compensate for all of the crap you had to deal with since they messed up your M5.

Cheers,
