I suspect that the Insurance Company will be contacting your Attorney shortly. If not, it will certainly turn out ugly for them. Will any of those newspapers or television stations be sending reporters to cover their Advertisers court proceedings?

Highly unlikely. We need to get some independent reports out there for coverage and get it on Youtube! We can then send around the links and put them all over the interwebz.

Trial Update

Sorry fellas. The trial just got delayed again. It was not delayed by AB though but by the court. They are working on a new date now. Let you know.

Thanks for the update Tommy. The delay is not surprising, annoying perhaps but that's our justice system for you. Keep the faith!

That's sick Tommy, over a year of nothing. I just took 4 hours to read this WHOLE thread. You already nailed them, they must have lost many TONS (in $$$) of business for sure. Internet is powerful.

GOOD luck and KEEP the faith & keep us posted.

Let us know when you have the new date. I should be able to be there for moral support and I'd love to see other locals too.

Agreed, which is why I would be surprised to have a jury hear these facts..........

Unlikely. Rarely does insurance cover punitive damages (don't confuse it with bad faith damages).
