Of course...this was discussed a few hundred posts ago as I recall ( )

This dealer spends a huge amount in local advertising... think sections of the local papers each week, and who knows how many different dealership franchises they own.

Plus as you may recall, they made a BS offer to donate $$ to other soldiers (but not to Tommy) as 'compensation'... they've most definitely circled the PR wagons. They control their own echo chamber and everyone associated with that dealership surely believes they are saints and Tommy is unreasonable.

Which is why you need courts and the right to file lawsuits.

Lol trust me I know I saw the check, instead of trying to play PR games they should have payed that entire sum to Tommy. They were trying to be smart by donating that sum to charity so they would look good and have a hefty tax write-off. This has just turned into a mess and I hope Tommy gets his reimbursement. Lets wreck one of there $80k cars and see how they react! Calling Tommy unreasonable is just poor judgment IMO because they would be suing the hell out of any one who did this to them

Why don't some of us Texas members go to Autoban and test drive some of their cars and "accidentally" experience some "sudden acceleration" issues in the parking lot...

Court date has not been delayed as of yet. It is one year to the day since this disaster took place.
