Good Luck with the Toyota Tommy. My m5 was stolen last week so were both screwed, I got a BMW 116 as a loaner.

I have to wait until insurance pays and then buy something new. Haven't got a clue what, but we'll see.

A ******* lawsuit is how you should procede. That is ridiculous, reading your story- and the part about the "lack of treadwear" SUPER pissed me off. It isn't enough that BMW dealers don't do the justice of representing properly by hiring the biggest douchebags under the sun that they can possibly find. Then second, they crash your car- which even if the dealer collapsed and your car was inside- they are to blame. Dude, make sure you get all documentation neccessary- I do not wanna see you get screwed out of this. Thats BS, good luck.

If you read the rest of the thread you will notice there's a pending law suit scheduled for this summer.

I live here in Las Colinas which is in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth and am very familiar with Autobahn BMW. I took my m6 there once and never went back. Sorry to hear what happened but if I was you I would definently take legal action against the matter. If you have your facts straight and some proof, you should be able to do something about this. This really pisses me off because you have some jack a#$ that doesnt know how to handle the car out hot rodding it around and well you see the results. I have been out to Motorsports Ranch (which is a track about 45 min away from Fort Worth) while the owner/CEO has three different race cars he races out there. This being said, he definently has the money to compensate you for the wrongful actions his employee has made. Autobahn BMW rippes everybody off so you should do something to get back what they took from you. Personally, I wouldnt want the M6 the dumb a#@ wrecked back in my driveway. I just looked at their website and they have a couple so this shouldnt be that big of an issue seeing as they need to redeem there name from what trouble they have put you through. I would definently go to Classic BMW or BMW of Dallas. I personally go to Classic BMW and they know exactly how picky Iam with my car so only ONE person is aloud to drive it. PM me if you need my service advisor's name and the mechanic that works on my car. Im really sorry to hear what happened to your ride. I would be PISSED.

Drive it like you stole it!
