Becoming a criminal makes you as bad as Autobahn BMW of Fort Worth.

Just a word to the wise from an IT guy.

I'll second that. Merry Christmas, and hopefully the OP doesn't have this on his mind right now.

My thoughts go out to you. I'm in the middle of my own suit with an offending party, a former employer and the wheels of justice turn very slowly. But, when you are right, the judgement will be sweet and justified. I'm dreaming of the M Series that I may reward myself with...

13 weeks since my car was wrecked and repairs just started.

Was the OPs car totalled? I thought the suit was for lost value?

It has been 5 months to the day since Autobahn crashed my car! I understand now why most people don't fight for their rights and hold more businesses accountable for their actions. The court system and all the games that are played make it so hard to do so. It takes an iron stomach. Autobahn won't think twice about what happened until it finally arrives in court a year or who knows later and I get to relive it everyday. But, everytime I see a BMW it just reinforces my resolve.

I am still driving the ole 2009 5-speed Toyota Corolla. That is going to be as fun as it gets for me. Fun money is going to my lawyer.

Thank you for staying interested and your concern,
Tommy

You've got a few thousand people standing behind you. I really hope you get made whole, and that they get what's coming to them for their negligence.
