I wasn't aware that the Gallardo incident latest details went public yet as I was told to keep things quiet until things were concluded. Whom did you here this from?

This statement is adressed to Fort Worth since I'm sure they are keeping track of this thread. Read the quote from above: ALL this bad press could have been resolved if you would have just handled this appropriately. Go ahead, type your name into Google. On the first page you'll see links to this thread. This isn't a local paper bad mouthing you Fort Worth, this is GOOGLE. World Wide.

There is a reason there is a saying, "The Customer is always right." Look at Nordsroms, they are a high end retail shop and 99% of the time there are no questions asked returns and great customer service. BMW = high end. Act as such.

To the rest of us: At a car dealer, who would have made the final decision to turn their back on Tommy?? The GM? Owner? What an ethical and moral slap in the face!!

This is to all of BMW: This is a absolute true statement here: Ive owned a BMW E36, BMW 745LI E65 and now I have a BMW 645CI E63. I am getting ready to sell my 6 series and have been researching the M5 for a year now. After all this, and a issue I had with my local guys I'm ready to move on to another car brand. I still have made up my mind 100% but it's getting there. I've been a faithfull BMW enthusiast for over 10 years now and I am saddened that high end cars does not equate to high end service (at BMW) when you pay top dollar.

I wish nothing but bad press and bad things to come to Fort Worth this coming new year (and the years to come).

I just needed to get that off my chest, I'll get off my high horse now.

Good Luck Tommy,

JC

Cool. It's on Jalopnik now too:

Autobahn BMW, take note of how to handle situations like this from Porsche Lauzon. They still could have done better from the getgo but at least they are stepping up to do the right thing!

Go Tommy! Keep up the good fight.

Google changes search algorithm to avoid boosting results to bad companies

Technolog - Google sucker-punches online retail bully

I wonder if the Google changes will help or hurt this thread getting found. Sure hope not. I'm guessing what Google is doing is not making links to "bad boys" like Autobahn BMW of Fort Worth add to the page rank value of their website while still making things like this thread easily found.
