HEADRESTS - E60 compatible with E39 ?

Does anyone know if the E60 headrests will fit the E39? I just drove a E60 and loved the headrests with the adjustable neck brace.

Anyone tried this?

Are they height adjustable or width adjustable or both?

The headrest itself is height adjustable, then there is a little neck brace thingy that you can manually bend into position.
