Next steps advice on an ESS VT560 Kit

Hi Iíve got an ESS VT560 kit fitted to my car (96.5mm pulley)
Other power related mods are:

Russ Fellows 4-2-1 headers & 100 cell cats /Dinan rear exhaust
Evolve plenum
Stock ESS Tune which i understand is conservative

The car is running really well, no boost leaks (smoke tested), boosting to around 5.5psi and no leaks when smoke tested. Itís daily driven and very reliable.

On the road it does feel a bit more quick than before in the mid range when I compare to when it was NA, mapped and had headers, - I would like a bit more here though.

....the power gains do become much more noticeable and you can really feel the car opening up over 5000 rpm

- i.e. on a track days (donít do more than 2-3 a year) or an open empty b-road (not often you get that where I live!) then you really do notice the extra power.

The car is also a little lighter than before (bucket seats, CF roof and CF front / rear bumper carriers, forged bbs RGR 18x10 rims all round, so some difference in acceleration may be attributable to this). It puts the power down really well, no fuss at all, so the chassis feels like it can handle more power. (Intrax coilovers/os giken diff/subframe reinforced/front & rear strut braces)

Iíd like a bit more mid range power/torque without sacrificing the top end and ideally power that is Re-producible with extended use, when the car was NA, at track day at Bedford , Iíd stop every 5 laps to allow the car to cool down, (better drivers than me might stop more often!); Iíve not done a track day yet with the car supercharged.

Iím thinking:

92mm pulley, bigger injectors & remap
Delete under plenum heat exchanger+add oil cooler with gulf filter housing mod
RK radiator
Decat pipes (will this help with heat also?)

And see how this runs, adding water injection if necessary.

The car is dynoing at 525-535bhp (4 consecutive dyno runs); it was previously putting out ~450-460bhp.

Iím also aware sometimes you can tinker too much when youíre onto a good thing, so thoughts and advice welcome! Itís still a family car (Iíve got oem child booster seats) and I do the school run a couple of times a week....

Thoughts/feedback welcomed.

Smoke test won’t do much against boost leaks since a smoke is not pressurized same as blowing air into the pipe and saying there are no leaks.

You may also want to look I to an oil cooler as well.

If this is a family car I wouldn’t recommend removing the cats, you’ll like it but only for about 2 minutes. Plus the smell of fumes since it’s now less restricted.

This can’t be wheel power, if it is it’s way off. No way on this universe you are making the power you stayed with 5.5 psi. This would mean your car makes more N/A power than the factory claimed.

You are probably close 440-450 whp.

I’d say meth injection is a must no matter what size pulley or if the car sees track or not. I’ve found that 80/20 seems to be the perfect mix based on altitude and weather condition where I live.

What fun is it when the power comes on right before you have to shift. Now if the power comes on between 2500-2800 rpm

Few more things that I forgot to mention, I opted out for the factory clutch fan as I found that electrical fans arenít as efficient. And I got a vented hood as much as I didnít want to, but it helps with fighting the heat.
