Door Panel Adhesive Recommendation

Hi guys, looking for an ideal adhesive to re-attach the rear door panel cubby to the inside of the door panel which looks to be compressed wood material. Remnants of factory adhesive looks to be milky white and semi-rigid. Any recommendations for an adhesive best suited for this application would be greatly appreciated.

Any polyurethane based sealant i.e sikaflex 227 or a 2 part epoxy glue would do the trick.
