Anyone used Schwaben pro scan tool to bleed brakes?

I too am suffering from a soft brake pedal like a few others on here lately. I did a pressure bleed today with no luck. Has anyone used or own the Schwaben scanner tool? Does it do most of the stuff that a laptop with INPA software can do?
I know I am going to have to buy either an android, pc laptop, or a scan tool. I would prefer a scan tool mostly because I know nothing about PCs.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Much appreciated

I just ordered one. I don't have the time to try and set up a PC. Hopefully this hand held does most of the same stuff. I will keep you guys posted.

So the scanner is pretty neat and I think will help down the road with codes and actively testing sensors and functions.
The ABS activation was super easy, sadly did not fix my problem.
When I first activated the system it was pouring out and by the end (activating it 5 times a caliper) the fluid was trickling out. Does any one know if I need to be activate the return pump as well?
Pretty discouraged at this point with my soft brakes.

So I played with the scanner more and looked if I missed an option to do one wheel at a time or something else. I am now wondering if I should do the same procedure but use #2 Return pump test? Maybe I ran the ABS incorrectly. Any thoughts?

I dont know for sure. I'm in the same boat as you though ( have the same scanner, and have some brake work coming up). I'm going to try running the pre-charge pump 1x, the return pump 1x, and then bleed as per usual at each caliper, starting at right rear and making my way back to the front left. I'll post back what my results are.

Thanks!
Yes let's figure this out. It is funny how they don't provide a real step by step. I will try your suggestion and report back.

I have the Foxwell version of it with BMW coding in it. Worked well, and activated the ABS solenoids so I could bleed the new brake fluid through it. I was replacing all my brake lines to ECS SS braided ones including the 2 at the ABS pumps.

When bleeding I used the Motive pressure bleeder, along with the Foxwell unit, and everything went well.

Just used the scan tool for something else useful. I just flashed my ECU with a shark injector and I need to go get a smog test.
I used the tool to check if the monitors are ready yet. Now I will know when it is OK to go to the smog shop.
The only negative is that one has to figure all of the features on their own. There is no book and very little online as far as DIY videos.
