Supercharger blown intake plenum (again)

As the title suggest, i've blown my second intake plenum cover, because blow-off valve was unable to work fast enough. Is there a way to avoid this somehow with cheap fixes, or the only options are
https://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/m5...et-plenum.html or https://www.rkautowerks.com/index.php/product/e39m5cfp/ ?

I have blown my stock plenum at high rpm at 8 boost of pressure .
Stock one is very weak for supercharge systems.
I order evolve almunuim ones and now 6 years and all good .
You get what you pay for my friends.
Look at this it is a piece of art.

It looks like your blow off valve is further up stream, have you considered moving it to the plenum it'self?

1. How much boost are you running?

2. In your photo, there should be 4 nuts in the center of the lid. One side I can't see since it's blown off, but the other doesn't have any? Was this plenum modified?

3. Both of those plenum options are a waste of money. As Ferris said, you need your BOV at the plenum, close to the TB's. I've never blown one this way, even with plastic lids at 10psi.

Garage
Also, I'd like to point out that the RK piece is only a grand, as opposed to 3. But damn that Evolve plenum and base is NUTTTSSSSSSS!

Picture of blown plenum was amazing. Thanks for posting that up!

1) Stock RK stage 2 - 9 psi
2) Yes, the plenum kept cracking in the base of 4 mount you mentioned, so i decided to eliminate them altogether (bad idea)
3) Yes, blowoff is on the intake 1-2 pipe, i'll move it on the plenum, thanks for the advice!
