1) Stock RK stage 2 - 9 psi
2) Yes, the plenum kept cracking in the base of 4 mount you mentioned, so i decided to eliminate them altogether (bad idea)
3) Yes, blowoff is on the intake 1-2 pipe, i'll move it on the plenum, thanks for the advice!

Here is my first "blowout" for collection purposes
2. This is your problem, you have no support in the center. The lid is just ballooning and eventually popped. I had a friend who also did this, stupid idea. I think moving your BOV and having the center mounts back in place will work just fine. Don't spend more money at RK, they're garbage.

You should also look for an older stock aluminum lid. In addition to suggestions above, this is probably your cheapest route.

Wow! Super lucky. Although you probably have better access to early build parts than we do in the states. Still a cheap price regardless. I think this change alone will help immensely.

It's totally up to luck, since only about 7000 M5s were sold in whole of Europe, compared to 10k units sold in US

I couldn't find any solid numbers, but if i had to guess, i'd say BMW sold around 500 units in Canada... Anyways, it should be easier to find used parts in NA.

It looks like you do a lot of hard launches and your boost peaks above 9psi.

Iíve cracked my plastic one in the past as well.

As Shady mentioned, you need those 4 center mounting posts. Someone local tried what you did and the results were the same as yours.

You have few options,

Get an aluminum lid
Weld the bov adapter on the lower plenum, but you donít have to at 9psi
Get a CF plenum, if cracks have it replaced under warranty
Get evolve
