Y'all need to stop taking the troll's bait. Person new to board goes on to bash a vendor. Refuses to show even a photo of the top of his lip. Person doesn't know his arse from a whole in the bumper as to install. Person has tact of a jackhammer because all he really wants is a refund. It doesn't matter the reason but it's what he's after or a discount. ie. his header... Slim = Junk.

It all just makes me realize how difficult it is to be a manufacturer in the marketplace with customers like you see here.

You must be blind. The photos I posted ARE of the top of the lip. Have you ever seen one?

You feel that what you received is not worth $300 and you asked for resolution. It seems you have received it so why continue this campaign?

You received a part that requires prep and painting and seem shocked that it required prep and painting.

It didn't have holes? Really? What existing holes would it possibly use? Have you even looked at the M5 bumper?

You clearly never wanted the part. Clearly, you have an agenda.

What do I know? I've only been modifying BMWs for nine years and couldn't possibly know what I'm talking about.

I agree! Haha, per the the topic creator's recommendation I looked the username up on google. Turns out his reputation precedes him, the username is banned on several other boards and had other users accusing him of being a tool.

Reminds me of the good ol' early 2000s message boards.
